Overview of the Health Coaching Process

– The health coaching journey begins with a Discovery Call, where we discuss your aspirations and challenges to determine if we’re a good fit for working together.

– Next, we conduct a comprehensive Lifestyle Assessment, reviewing your food, mood, exercise, and sleep patterns as necessary.

– We then embark on a series of 6 – 10 coaching sessions, designed to help you navigate obstacles to change and collaboratively develop a personalised strategy that suits your needs.

– Throughout the process, you’ll have access to a diverse array of tools, including evidence-based behaviour change techniques, practical advice, eating psychology resources, mindfulness practices, and more.

– To track your progress, you’ll be encouraged to maintain food and lifestyle diaries, which serve as effective tools for enhancing self-awareness.
