I am on a mission to empower both women and men to build confidence in their lives through a combination of mindset, exercise, and nutrition.
With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, my focus has been on facilitating long-term lifestyle changes for my clients. Through my work on the gym floor, I discovered that many clients, regardless of how hard they trained or how well they ate, still experienced symptoms of poor health and well-being. I realised they needed more than just intense workouts; they required a comprehensive coaching approach that addresses all aspects impacting our physiology. This holistic perspective encompasses mindset, stress, sleep, nutrition, environment, and movement.
My passion for health began at an early age while playing hockey, which has been a significant influence in my career. I represented England in international hockey for many years before transitioning to inspire others to pursue lasting improvements in their health and fitness. I earned a degree in Sports Science from Loughborough University, reinforcing my commitment to offering guidance that is grounded in scientific principles rather than the latest fads or quick fixes. It is my passion to help you develop enduring habits that enable a balanced lifestyle while positively impacting those around you.
